well i actually read the scott pilgrim books today.  not terribly impressed.  the story which was the best part of the whole thing rests on a very delicate web of convenient story arcs and twists. which i find kinda hard to believe and it always takes me out of the story.  and the art bothers me.  its like girl manga style with a girl manga story that has fight scenes and video game references in front to try to distract you form the total girly...ness.  over all i'd say recommend it to female friends that love romance novels and those love story manga. if you liked the game and haven't seen the movie like myself it might be a fun read so you can get to know the story a bit better and you can start to recognize the background character but thats about it. nothing really to write home about

more scott pilgrim timez

well i finally unlocked negascott and he's pretty beast.  makes me wonder who the last person is. i'm thinking knives or maybe negaknives? what do you guys think if you play that is. i've looked online and it seems that no one has unlocked it yet.  or at least said anything about it. so comment and let me know who you think it is

well maybe next time

i was hoping to put up some pics of when i was in san diego up. i got some really nice shots of the beach and was all artsy about it too.  and well i've had a headache all day and was to lazy to convert the shots from raw to jpeg or png.  so maybe tomorrow. but lets put up some art work i've done instead.
also i'm starting to think i might be getting close to being done with scoot pilgrim.  at least until some dlc comes out.  well either way i got castlevania HD to keep me company.... so much farming to do its like an MMO XD

finally beat scott pilgrim the game and i'll start working on making the blog look better

its was kinda fun, but a tad bit short. there are 2 character slots still open so i hope there is some unlockables or dlc.   also i finally got to play it coop with my bro. it was fun but really hard so i'm excited about getting a 4 player game together soon.  i'm still really disappointed that it doesn't have online coop.  but for the price tag it kinda makes sense...i guess.  i mean in todays day and age every game has some sort of online component.  but yes i finally beat it and it was lots of fun and had a few issues with some of the .... more unfair aspects of the game play.  but over all it was a good play with loads of replay value


lastly i'm not good at this ...web sit blogging stuff but i'm gonna get around to making it look better soon.  school starts soon and i still have a lot of  getting ready to do for all those art classes.

wow...just plain wooow

finally bought Scott Pilgrim on XBLA and its even better then the demo.  fun and cute and lots of stuff to unlock. been playing it all day instead of studying.  even found some of the hidden modes, such as boss rush and survival horror.  i'll post the codes for them later too much scott pilgrim to play XD

scott pilgrim vs. the world: the game

yes a mouth full but a mouth full of retro cute fun.  with lots of bonus modes like zombie mode and boss rush even it has a blood code. and normally movie based gamed suck but this seems to be the exception to the rule. add great retro pixel art jammin' 8 -bit sound and music with fun gameplay and its a steal at 9.99 or 800 ms points
